These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ukok platform and the ukok.cam website. A legal agreement between you and ukok takes effect from the moment you access the site. These Terms have been prepared with Bangladeshi users in mind.

ukok is an online betting and casino platform offering cricket, football, slot games, live casino and a range of other gaming experiences. Our services are fully available in Bengali and support Bangladesh's local payment methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

To enjoy any service on ukok, you need to create a personal account. The information you provide at registration must be complete, accurate, truthful and up to date.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

  • Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
  • The name, address and payment details used on the account must match exactly.
  • The mobile number and email address used to create the account must be your own.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect that someone is using your account without authorisation, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

ukok will never ask for your password or full payment details via phone call or SMS. If you receive any such request, notify our support team right away.

Age limit: This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Registration and play by minors is strictly prohibited.

ukok may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other acceptable identity document to verify a user's age. Some account features may be restricted until the age verification process is complete.

If it is established that a user created an account in violation of the age requirement, their account will be closed immediately and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Requirements

  • You must access the site from Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
  • After a deposit, funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

ukok may at any time request additional identity verification information before processing a withdrawal. This is done to prevent fraud and ensure account security. ukok reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if the required information is not provided in time.

ukok offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. It is important to read the specific terms for each offer before accepting it.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

  • The bonus can only be received once, per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
  • If a deposit is withdrawn while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • ukok reserves the right to change the welcome bonus terms at any time.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time, unless specifically stated.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Each promotion has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.

All bets and game outcomes on ukok are final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, ukok reserves the right to apply the correct result.

6.1 Sports Betting

  • Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and various other sports.
  • Bets placed before the match starts or within the designated time are valid.
  • If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
  • No bet may be changed or cancelled after the official result has been announced.

6.2 Casino Games

  • All casino games use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet connection problem, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's rules.

6.3 Fair Play

ukok is committed to ensuring fair play. If a user wins an unusual amount of money by exploiting a software bug, technical error or any other dishonest means, ukok reserves the right to review and void that transaction.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on ukok. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using false information or another person's identity.
  • Abusing the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
  • Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.
  • Using automated software, bots or scripts.
  • Depositing illegal or non-transparent funds into an account.
  • Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other users.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to ukok's systems.

ukok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This applies in particular in the following cases:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to complete age or identity verification.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact our 24/7 live chat support or send an email to [email protected]. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

ukok provides its services on an "as is" basis. ukok accepts no liability for the following:

  • Loss caused by internet connection issues or third-party technical problems.
  • Financial loss resulting from a user's own negligence or error.
  • Loss resulting from unauthorised account access, where the user has not kept their credentials secure.
  • Service disruption caused by external events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

In the event of any dispute, ukok's maximum liability will be limited to the funds held in the user's account.
